The users were in the middle of using RedHorse, when there was a glitch and the app closes. When the user tried to login again, after entering the user name and password, this error pop-up;

"The following error occured: 13
Conversion from string "14-01-2010 2:06:32 pm to type date is not valid
Current context: loging to system :Microsoft.VisualBasic"

All users faced the same problem. Logging in directly on the RedHorse server also gave the same error.

I uninstalled, rebooted and installed R2.4.3556.1. It still gave the same problem.

There were no system change, the "crash" happened at 2pm, when users were accessing RedHorse. Users are prevented from changing their workstations's system time and date formats. All workstations use M/d/yyyy.

The user_session table had been cleared earlier.

Having all users log-off, reinstalling the RedHorse workstation component on one workstation does not help either.
