It is an account centric system with integrated Calendar and Email for complete scheduling of activities for your contacts and full tracking of all communications. Perform mail merges with Word and create sophisticated reports to better manage your data.
The Express version does not include the business management functions included in the Standard Edition. These include ticket management, quote management, project management or Quickbooks integration.
