At RedHorse, our network of highly trained, skilled and experienced Value-Added Resellers is our front-line voice in a very noisy market. Your selection as a RedHorse VAR is one of the most important decisions we can make as a company. Customer-service is absolutely paramount to RedHorse and we are proud to have you on our team.
Your success as a RedHorse VAR is our number one priority. To this end:
- We will do everything possible to support you with sales training, sales support at the end-user level and with the generation of leads.
- Any active–lead you register with us (meaning you are actively quoting a RedHorse solution) will remain your lead. Should another VAR attempt to register the same lead, we will alert both of you to the conflict and ask for you to resolve the lead between yourselves, if possible. There are plenty of opportunities for everyone and it is our role to facilitate a solution best for our VARs and the end-user.
- We will provide you with timely and accurate marketing collateral and sales tools to help you in your direct marketing.
