When we hear directly from an end user, we will first ask who they are working with. But remember, end users don’t always divulge who their reseller is. We may not know that they are your customer unless you tell us.
We suggest you enter their contact information here and register them as your customer. Remember, if you have not registered the lead and they don’t tell us, how can we know that they are your customer? You must let us know.
We will make every attempt to be sure that if they are working you as their reseller and that they are your customer, then we will refer them back to you. If they tell us that they are not working with anyone, we will refer them to a certified RedHorse Reseller.
If we hear from a lead registered to you directly, such as a demo download, a technical question, or a visit to our live demo, we will let you know. If we hear from them through another reseller, we will inform both you and the other reseller so that you may discuss the customer between you and decide together how to handle the situation.
We can’t tell an end-user who they must work with and we can’t get in the middle of two resellers who are potentially working with the same customer. But we can let you know when we become aware of the situation. This protects you as well as other resellers and the potential customer.
